During the early years of this decade I became a consultant to the Epoq Group who are pioneers in automated legal services. At the time of their first round of successful funding in 2006 they asked me to come on board full time as their Head of Content. Consequently I gave up my Expert Witness work at this time to concentrate upon developing the various Rapidocs packages for their MyLawyer service. I left Epoq in May 2008 and restarted my expert witness work in May 2009.
Epoq and MyLawyer remain the best source in the UK for intelligent documents. Their business model is very interesting and anyone wishing to get good legal services in civil matters at an economic price would be well advised to look at their offerings. Their Desktop Lawyer brand has just been relaunched and this too presents good value for people wanting to buy individual legal documents.
